Dawn Miller

Vice President of Contracting and Process Improvement

Dawn is the Vice President of Contracting and Process Improvement, her career in the managed care industry spans over twenty years. Her current responsibilities include managed care contracting and network management related activities.

Prior to joining Strategic Health Care, Dawn gained experience working for a national leader in the health insurance industry, a Medicaid payor, a state government Medicaid division, and a national non-profit where she managed health programs for cancer survivors.

She has extensive knowledge of managed care operations, contract management, Medicare/Medicaid and Workers Compensation policy and process; and process development/improvement methodologies/development/administration.

Dawn is a graduate of Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. In 2003, she earned her Master of Business Administration, graduating with honors from Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio.
