Nour Chirchi

As Staff Assistant at Strategic Health Care, Nour Chirchi brings a dynamic background in digital marketing, stakeholder engagement, and strategic communication to support health care initiatives across diverse sectors. He is passionate about identifying and solving root issues that are often overlooked in the health policy and provider landscape, and he brings a creative, solutions-focused mindset to every challenge.

In addition to his role at Strategic Health Care, Nour also supports The Root Cause Coalition (TRCC), where he contributes to advancing health equity by coordinating communications, strengthening member engagement, and amplifying community-based solutions. His combined efforts across both organizations reflect his commitment to addressing systemic health disparities and promoting sustainable, community-driven change.

Nour graduated from Shippensburg University with a degree in Digital Marketing Analytics. During his undergraduate years, he led digital campaign efforts for a local business, served on student-athlete leadership councils, and worked across several industries including hospitality, athletics, and health care. A former collegiate athlete, he approaches his work with discipline, teamwork, and a focus on long-term impact.
