Carly Draeger

Vice President of Contracting & Process Development

Carly comes to Strategic Health Care as the Vice President of Contracting & Process Development with over nine years of experience in the managed care industry. She is a graduate of Tiffin University holding a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and a Masters in Humanities.

Carly quickly launched her career in 2012 as a Contract Coordinator for a local northwest Ohio health insurance company, where she assisted in negotiating agreements.  After only two years she was promoted to a Provider Contract Specialist.  Carly negotiated physician and ancillary agreements. In 2016, Carly gained experience in Medicare marketing compliance regulations for managed care plans.  In 2017 Carly returned to Network Management as the Senior Provider Contract Specialist where she negotiated physician, ancillary, value based, and behavior health agreements while also mentoring the Provider Contract Specialists.

In 2019, Carly’s career continued to grow and develop as she accepted the  Network Contract Manager role at a national health insurance company.  There she specialized in physician agreements including value based,  and managing the Toledo, Ohio provider network.

Carly and her husband reside in Oregon, OH with their two pugs Finn and Penelope.
